With the city council pushing for greater cooperation between the Occult community and Hermes University, they’ve instituted a new program where the witch apprentices and alchemy students participate in a diversification initiative. It is mandatory much to Etienne’s dismay, and after a rocky first meeting, he already wants nothing to do with his assigned partner, but agrees to Nica’s wager to- 'show them what he’s got' once they bring his arcane abilities into question.
Now on the hunt for the assignment to end all assignments, one that’ll really show off Etienne’s talents and win him this ill thought out bet, he takes some advice from best friend and fellow scion, Sabine LeBlanc, who has historically only ever been good at getting the two of them into trouble. The night is young though and the future is uncertain, but one thing’s for sure, Etienne will do anything in his power to prove Nica can’t keep up with him, even if it means making questionable choices…
